It seems different countries now have different security measures. He in Australia they are bring it in that you can carry on clear liquids but must be presented outside of your carry on luggage through security

It is best to check with the airline that you are travelling with. Go to their website for more information. You should be able to get a bottle of water on the plane for free anyway.

i think it's not allowed right now. because the airports now are so strict.
