how to manage work on Sundays???

I have been wondering how to manage my sundays???? LOt needs to be done on this single day and I pile of lots of work by making promises.Till saturday nite I keep thinking of finishing off all the imes from my "to do list" but as sun starts rising and shinning, I am just able to take bath and hav my breakfast,therefater I need to take rest and the entire days is thus spent without any work, ending with repentences.. tell me what to do???
