most of the ppl ruin their health spending hours on computers in the wrong posture.

I sit erect and I feel very comfortable.I dont get back ache or any sort.

First of all, i do not sit hours in front of my computer.
And second that i have a comfortable chair on which i sit. Work very good.
No pains, and no gains

Yep. I usually sit whichever way I find comfortable. I can't sit with the 'right' posture for long hours, it does get bothersome, but my computer chair is a highback office chair, so it usually doesn't bug me too much.
