Not good man. You need to have it looked at by a mechanic. Something bad is happening internally, and when you say overheating this has all the tell-tale signs of significant damage. Good luck.

we'll if you look under your oil cap and its milky white.. you have a bad headgasket... or else a warp head... but if its just heating... check your coolant level, check your thermostat, also when you put a new headgasket make sure you torque everything back to spec... otherwise it'll cause a leak...oh yea and dont forget to bleed your cooling system... thats a must to get all the air bubbles out
