What's wrong with the hyperlinks!

I have posted a couple of discussions and added links to the news articles I was talking about. In the preview before I submit the discussion, the hyperlink is correct. After I submit the discussion, the hyperlink is all messed up and no one can click on the link to look at the article! What's up with that!

Sometimes links aren't correct or been earased somehow. It happens, so don't be too hard on yourself.
