Internet and the working week

Does the internet move along the same path as a 5 day work week...I noticed that it seems from Monday to Friday the internet is a busy place, Saturday is quieter, and Sunday is dead...I noticed this with the amount of email I receive from Monday to Friday. Do you use the internet in this schedule like a 5 day work week...

well i am definately on the internet more during the week then i am on the weekends because the weekends are my family time.

I think a lot of people are like that as during the week it seems to be very busy online, I can notice my connection speed up more during the weekend.

Internet - Internet speed
I am no longer working as I am retired, so in effect it doesn't make much difference to me what day of the week it is. I do know that sometimes it can be slow but then again have to take the different time zones into consideration. I actually use the internet most days, except for when we are away from home that is. If I find that it is just too slow, then I will log off and come back later to try again.
