The New Driving Cod from Romania?

This is addressed to romanian people more.
What do you think about the new Driving Cod? I think that drivers well be more careful on the road because the fines got biger and they could suspend your driving licence very easy and if you want to get it back it's a lot different and harder. Tell me your opinion on the new Driving Cod.

I think is something good. I mean everybody should pay for their mistakes and if they do many mistakes, it's ok to suspend their driving license.
And the part with pedestrians, I agree too. They should make sure they cross the street only where there's a zebra.

I think drivers will try to be more careful, but also pedestrians will have to pay more attention to where they cross the street, because now they can be easily hit by a car, and if the driver was driving legally he won't go to jail anymore, unless he hit the person on a cross over. Another disadvantage is that the duration of driving school has increased to 3 months, but that's it.

And you will get penalty points and a biger fine. And if you pay the fine directly to the cop, it's going to be cut to half.
The police will be rigorous in the first few months, after that lets hope that they will be more sympathetic.
