fasted way to gain muscle

anyone...please...tell me how to gain muscles without fat and in the shortest possible time...and no supplements please...there too darn expensive in this part of the world..!!

there are lots way to do it. first you have to eat healthy lots of green and protein fish. there is no shortcut to gain muscles. second workout with a friend, they normally try to must you to your limit and you will get a good workout. if you want to have big arms you life more weight and less reps. if you want to be really strong and have shape to your arms, do less weight and more reps till your tired. plus always try to stretch after you do couple of reps and you could warm up your body by running on the treadmill for few minute.keep doing and do give up 3times a week dont over work yourself.

To build muscle as soon as possible is going to be tough. To do this you will need to eat as much as you possibly can and expecially when you wake up. Work out as much as possible doing chin ups, situps, pushups, and pull ups if you have no equipment. If you do, stick to deadlifts ,squats, and bench. Those three will give you the most gains in the shortest amount of time. And throw a dumbell to curl in there.

If you already are fit and dont need a lot of activities to lose weight, you could do cardio exercises only like 2 times a week and do weight lifting everyday for an hour. work out all parts of your body. If you are not aware of exercises, you could either join a gym, buy a video or search on the internet. Goodluck!

It is almost impossible to gain muscle fast without putting on fat.....especially without any supplements. The absolute quickest way is to eat tons of food and take steroids. I don't recommend doing that, however. If you are going to be completely natural you are just going to have to eat lots of protein and good carbs.....in most cases putting on fat is inevitable.

ONly way is steroid and natural food ! diet ! 1) breakfast : 5 egg whits + 1 egg yolk (boiled ) + break fast after 2 hrs 2) post breakfast : milk green banana (milkshake) + peanuts etc ,soya.. after 2 hrs 3 ) lunch 5 egg whites + 300 gms boiled chicken + low calory lunch after 2 hrs 4) juice after 1 hr 6)buscuit + (compulsory) coffee after 2 hrs 8) 5 egg whites + 1 egg yolk 9) dinner .

One cn have good muscles,by joining a GYM or having one in one;s home.The latter is better,because,one can exercise at one's convenience. The investment is small. 1.A pair of dumbbells. 2.One bar bell. 3.An exercise bench, 4.A belt. 5.Metallic shoes,if you feel like having a pair. Note:-Please strengthen your STOMACH MUSCLE,firsy before lifitng weights,or else,you may have HERNIA!
