Mother gets jail time for having kids snap nude photos of her

A woman who admitted that she ordered her 12-year old son and 13-year-old daughter to take pictures of her in seductive nude poses showed up in court wearing jeans with "Booty" emblazoned on the left rear pocket and "Licious" on the right.
Northampton County Judge Stephen G. Baratta sent Julie Figueroa, 43, to state prison for nine months to four years for endangering the welfare of children.
Wow.. this is like a Maury episode gone even further. I can't imagine a mother asking her teenage son and daughter to take nude pictures of her. Or the embarrassment of having a Mom who wears things that say "bootylicious". I think the jail time is appropriate considering that her actions may mess with the kids' minds.

That's disgusting. She should have her children taken away from her and placed with a loving family that will show a good example. She is a terrible example to her children.

i agree obviously the mother had no idea she was doing something wrong so it needs to be made very clear to her .you cant do that to your kids

I agree.. Gwaring must have typed that out wrong. You don't "show off" your body to your kids. They might see your body as you walk around the house, but you don't intentionally pose in lewd and lacivious ways in front of your children. If you do, you need help.

OMG! That is horrible. With a mother like that I do hope that is the worst things that she has done to them. I hate to think what those kids lives have been like up to this point. Hopefully they have some decent relatives who will take them in and give them a good home.

I think there is something wrong with this woman maybe about 4 years in jail and parenting classes. Those poor kids I can't even emagine what they are going though. I hope the other woman in jail find here BOOTYLICIOUS as well.

Sounds like this woman has a serious problem. Another problem that could arise if the children are not made to realise it is wrong, they could do it to their children, and so the chain reaction goes on. But how is the mothers mind. It is really disgraceful.

hahaha, can you find the article as to where you found this?? I'm highly amused. and also wondering what the womans nationailty is.
I couldn't imagine taking pictures of my mother in seductive poses or asking my twins to take pics of me. that's some messed up logic right there.

I guess that this woman won't get the mother of the year award. These kids need to be in a home with people that care about them. What a hog this woman is to subject her kids to such things. Hopefully the home they go to will provide them with the stability they need.

I think that is a sick mother if she tell here son to take some kind of photo.But the world it`s full of crazy people
