Where have I to input my e-gold account number

I try to sett my payment information, I click payment setting, choose e-gold but there is no form to fill my e-gold account number.
Anyone can help me.

it's because you haven't reach minimum pay-out as $10. After you reach that you'll be asked your account number by myLot crew. Hope this can help
