Transparency International, according to Parade Magazine, lists the Top 10 nations who are most likely to offer bribe when making deals abroad:
1) India
2) China
3) Russia
4) Turkey
5) Taiwan
6) Malaysia
7) South Africa
8) Brazil
9) Saudi Arabia
10) South Korea

i think indians are the top bribe payers coz everything works here only if you pay a bribe coz the pay given to most of them is below their expectations.
