we would like to know how long it takes for them to pick up your mobile home

Actually it can take a while depending on how busy they are. I have had repossed homes sit in my community for 2 to 3 months before anything is done. We try to buy the homes because otherwise, they do not seem to be too fast paying our lost rent.
