Errors in the PST file

when i open my PST, it shows : Error have been detected in the Pst. us the inbox repair tool to repair errors in the file.
After running the Scanpst.exe, it delated my mail from PST, previouly it was 1.38GB. after doing the repair tool now the PST size is 48MB. i want my all data to recover
