What similarities do you find between childhood and old age life?

This is probably not the kind of response you are looking for but..... When I was a child, I remember people talking about not having enough time and how quickly time flies by. I thought the adults were nuts. 24 hours in a day were more than plenty for me and a year was just like an eternity. Before my 30's I understood exactly what they were all talking about. Now that I am in my 40's, time seems to be speeding up more, lol. I am rather worried that time will continue to go faster and fast until a year is but a blip. More along the lines you probably were thinking on....Childhood and old age often are similar in the dependence each has on others. Ideally each end of life should be more carefree but unfortunately it doesn't always work out that way.

i think both ages are more dependant on others. and both are carefree ages..:)
