How can i avoid the people which dont like me ???

You can't avoid them. No matter what you do, there will always be somebody who won't like you and what you did. Like the old adage goes, "You can't please everybody." We think differently. So what's ok with me might not be ok with you. What you have to do is just don't mind the people who don't like you. Don't let yourself get affected by what they say and think about you. As long as you're happy and you don't step on other people's toes, you're on the right track.
