why politicions has a upperhand over corruption?

you may have seen many raids of income tax or court order of unappropiate wealth but in case of politicions even the court is in support or may be the proofs are altered even the income tax people dont raid nor the other agency even if it raids it doesnt make arrest but if it was in case of common people they would have behind bars. so do we need change in our constitution or peoples thinking.

because politicians are big shots and have influnce..all over..which makes them fear nothing..

who made them big shot? people should think that first. i can give you example . in our native (udupi a small town in india in karnataka) there was a place where there was no bridge over the drainage it was a small one not that big people demanded for bridge from the government for about fifteen years but they didnt atlast some group of localite build it. even after that there are some basic works which localites together can do but they still dont prefer to do but they depend on politicians or so called leaders thats were we are making mistakes. that makes politicians bigshots.
