I envy people who can do with just 5 to 6 hours sleep. To me 7 to 8 hours is a must;less than that, I do not feel well in the morning, plus I get eye bags easily when I have very little sleep. I also dream a lot, and sometimes my dreams are even 'colored'. How about you?

i used to sleep like 10 hours daily. but now i realized that it wasnt good, becuz half of my life i spent sleeping. i waisted like 10 years only on sleeping and nothing wise came from it. right now i can sleep 4 hours if someone wants sth from i have no problem to ignor my desire to sleep, or not to sleep 24h, once not seldom. just man things are more interesting than sleep.

People after 60 tend to sleep less number of hours than those in 50's and 40's. I think to have a regular proper sleep of 6 full hours you may think of: 1. Exercise for 1 hour, if it is difficult, 45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening 2. A meditation for 30 minutes 3. Drink lot of water in the morning itself (2 litres) 4. Avoid meat, junk food, fat food and fried food. Switch over to vegetables. 5. Read good books.

HAHAHAHA! I only get about 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Its horrible! I work overnights and I have 2 toddlers. I dont get much sleep. I get a nap as soon as I get home...until about noon. And thats all. I am a mess all week long. But on my days off I make up for it. I will sleep 10-15 hours a night!!! LOL
