Sorry for you mate, i think you could find someone at a hospital or if you don't find there you could make an announce in the media (newspaper) and i think there are other middles with the help of which you could sell your kidney. Good luck!

ohhhh my poor friend, its a terrible situation to be in but if you really must you will need to ask your dr, depending which country you live in you might be able to do it but please look in to all other possible avenues of funding first, i mean what would you do if your one remaining kidney closed down? i know life is hard, but surely not this?
