Discuss the topics privately with our choice friends only at myLot..

it's actually both ways for me. i would always prefer open discussions for more generalised posts where anyone and evryone is invited. but i am afraid this would call for digression, inferior response quality and consume more time. it leaves me sad with some of the responses with is so blatantly brief and deviating from the topic. having said this i would go for open discussion which means more responses and the chances of quality responses gets better with the number. however, for very personal matters, i would want to discuss discreetly with my selcted few friends whom i trust and whose opinion i respect. obviously i am talking about very sensitive personal issues, which cud go strayed away when posted in the open forum. or i am afraid my problem cud get diluted, disregarded by some of the comments and donot want myself to get hurt. better option for me would be getting opinion from my close frriends, who i know would respect the gravity of the post. thanx for listening, i hope it wasn't too much talking in a single post!!

for me it is better to have open discussion, your idea is nice but how about others who don't have enough friends to support discussion. and some are just posting discussion and replying to others discussion that catch their attention. my lot has private messaging you can do that to your recipient of choice.

There are some things that you probably don't want to discuss with lots of people. They give you the chance to do this privately. That simple.

well i would like to have an open discussion,i mean if it was a discussion only for a limited number of people than whats the purpose to have discussions on mylot,i think there are many duffenret sites that can provide such things.i will only prefer open dicussions

I think it already started now. cause from yesterday I receive a message and to reply it we don't need to make some message anymore just respond it on the message that you've been receive? Am i right? correct me if I'm wrong:D:D
