Should the government be responsible only for Security and Budget

Hi all I come froma developing country, and like any country we face a lot of issues in our country. My opinion is that the government of any country should only be responsible for the Security and Law and Order of the country, and ofcourse the Fiancila Budget...the other things should be managed and run by the Private Companies..which specialize in that sector. Would love to get ur view on it
