Is there any successful Business Manager who does not claim that hisher success is due to extreme hard work and unshakable belief in oneself? Is there any non-born-American Manager who does not claim that US is a meritocracy? Is there any successful Manager who does not declare that hisher personality was shaped by hisher FM(father/mother)? My point is why all the claims should be uniformly similar?
