Property investing wud be the wisest idea to follow...especially in developing countries as in india,bangalore(metro cities)...u cant keep loads of money in ur account...cause if u do ur taxed...so wht do u do?...invest into property...my uncle has a plot of land in his name...it wz priced at $4.4/square feet....3 years after...ie..now its priced at $26/square feet...now investment business is one of a kind because the prices just keep on increasing...note tht this only happens in developing metro cities....
