Do you always go to GYM ?

I dont go to the gm. I exercise in my house itself.

Ya i have taken it as a routine which i cant miss a single day.I feel proud when people talk about my body and muscles.It keeps me refreshing all the day.I advice everyone to go to gym

I don't have a gym close to my home but I have made my own little workout area in my basement. I have an exercise bike, elliptical machine, treadmill, and yoga ball all in a designated area. I have positioned a tv and radio close by to make things more fun. I don't always have the time to visit my home gym but go as often as I can.
