My husband and I hold hands in public most of the time. We get some "isn't that sweet" looks and many comments too because we are senior citizens. Do you and your loved one hold hands a lot?

Yes, of course we do, all the time, where ever we go. Neither of us would have it any other way!

Yes my husband and I hold hands all the time. I feel so much closer to him when we hold hands I think when couples don't hold hands they seem to not have a strong connection or maybe they just aren't to affectionate.

I am not a "sweet young thing" either but my husband and I also hold hands in public. It connects us and we often even signal each other by squeezing each other's hands...three squeezes means, "I love you" and four means, "I love you more."

My husband and I are affectionate in public, we hug, hold hands, nothing indecent though. That's just the way love goes.

We do most of the time.. that we arent busy with the kids (we have 4 of them) sometimes it difficult to hold hands when we are having all the kids around and sometimes they take alot of work. ^_^;; two of them are very little so they have to be carried.. but we try and hold hands as often as we can in many situations..

When my boyfriend and I are together we are always in some way touching each other. Holding hands, arms around each other, or leg against leg. I have never seen my parents be affectionate with each other and it saddens me because it makes me think that they don't love each other. I think actions of affection are key to staying close. I'm determined to continue with affection until I am old and can't even remember who it is I'm being affectionate too. Yay for senior-citizen hand holding. It's nice to know you can still have love after so long.

Yes, we still hold hands. It's almost second nature to us anymore.

I do not have a significant other to hold hand in public with. But, if I did have a significant other I hope that we would.

Yes, we do. It gives me a sense of security, passion and love. I also like it when I see senior citizens hold hands or act sweet despite of the many years they've been together.
