doing mba makes a person totally different

i havent done mba but iam going to do.
as per knowledge which true as i have asked many mba's and gonna be mba's the course gives lot of exposure to the person.it adds a different charisma and attitude in onself.its not job of a person who is not hardworkint.and there is no course like mba............so what say?
