What is the best DIGITAL CAMCORDER I can buy for around $125-$200?

I want to start putting videos on the Net for pay, so they have to be decent quality -- not stunning but very good. Mainly to record cooking or computer help ... to start anyway. Also do I need a memory card? Thanks for your help. :-)

You should be able to get a worthwhile digital camera for up to $200 in the USA. But don't expext too much from it.
Memory card prices have dropped dramatically (Well they have here in the UK). You can get low priced 512mb, 1GB and 2GB cards now, with lots of storage.
And don't forget the software to help you with your productions . . .
