have you donate the blood?

Yes I used to give blood every 6 months for several years ... unfortunately I had to have several courses of steroids and I am now excluded from being able to give any more of my blood .. On two separate occasions my life has been saved by having a blood transfusion .. and a further time my recovery from a serious illness was speeded up with a blood transfusion Thank you very much to all those people who habe unknowingly helped me :o)

Not yet now.But I am planning to do it as early as possible.
