Is dating military guys a good idea?

I have been dating a guy in the navy for a few months and before this i dated a guy in the army for two years and he got sent to iraq which just about killed me. Things are going ok with the navy guy but he has had his heart broken and know he is telling me he is getting worried because things are getting seriuos with us, i told him i would give him some time to think but i'm not sure i did the right thing. HELP NEED ADVICE

if he is a good person , i think is good , if not i think is an bad idea. you know him better .

Dating with military guys is not good.The main reason behind this the duty of military is not only at one place , they have to visit at different places and when they go to other place you will alone and feel very bad.But the dating with military guys only for fun and physical relation is good
