Should i have to pay any money to create the Paypal Account. If yes means Where and how i have to pay the money????

It is free to open a account But for verification they will deduct a certain amount of money (US$5 i think) and transfers it to your paypal account just to make sure when you actually have to use it, it will work. You can always transfer it back to your account but Paypal will charge for your transactions. GO to the website to read the charges. Usually i get charged US$1 per transaction. So lesson learnt, dun withdraw your money unless its worth wasting a dollar.

no paypal is free of charge...they will only charge when u withdraw money or request a cheque from them as processing fee.

You don't have to pay any money for opening an account with paypal. Please go through the the web site of Paypal for full details.
