from yoga to sports to a workout in the gym each type of exercise offers you a bouquet of benefits, so which is the best form of exercise for you. for me its "yoga"

Most doctors agree that walking is the best form of exercise and I am also in favor with them. For me there's no other form that can make you stay fit and healthy each day.

I think the best form of exercise is same for everyone. Only thing is some do it and some dont. Yoga and specifically pranayama (breathing exercise posture) is the most beneficial form of yoga that exists. According to me if one wants to be disease free, he or she should get involved in pranayama learning.
