What's the best way to wake up in the morning?

I haven't found any good way. No matter how much sleep I get, I never want to get up. I'm just not a morning person. Taking a sleeping pill, such as Lunesta, which ensures that I get a good restful night's sleep, makes it easier for me to wake up, but it's still a chore for me.

The are lot of ways to getup early in the morning and lot of benefits you getup before sun-rise. As per your question the normal way to getup in the morning is to keep alarm clock, but 90% of this case will not workout bcoz even though the alarm rings everybody gets up switch off alarm and continue their sleep. If u have noticed ur mind will say u that u have to getup but your body will not allow, mentally you will be ok and you mind will be observing all the activities going around u but physically your body will be tired. This sort of practise will spoil the whole day, bcoz the alarm clocks wakes ur mind, but still you sleep. This sleep is ends up with a non-peaceful environment, you feel uneasy, you feel body pain and your day will not be in control. I experienced such things and now I started changing myself. I generally plan for my day on the previous night, this I will do before I go to bed, so whatever last thing you do will be in the mind for some time, early morning the plans what u made last night will wake u up. At the same, it is always very good to wakeup before sun rises and plan for the day, this will help u to do more productive things and makes u feel happy bcoz u r satisfied once u complete your planned work. Most of them worry if the planned work is not completed on time. Thanks for the post.

I know that waking up in the morning is a big pain, i experience it myself every morning. I have got classes in the morning, so i have to get up early. Every night i set the alarm and evry morning i switch it off and go back to sleep! Specially now days i have become very lazy, its very difficult to get up in the morning. I think that the worse way is the alarm, it is very irritating and i just feel like throwing it away. When i was small and used to go to school, my mother used to pull my legs and stretch me till the end of the bed, i think that nothing can be more irritating than that! I used to tell her that i hate it, but she would say that i will become tall if she does this. Thank god she doesnt do it anymore! These were the worst ways of getting up. I forgot to add, when my sister switches on the lights at 4 or 5 when i am sleeping! That is really annoying and inconsiderate.I think the best way to get up is after a nice and sweet dream, when you know that you have completed your sleep, and you are fresh! I also like to get up when my boyfriend calls and wakes me up and is shocked that i am still sleeping, i love to get up in the morning by listening to his voice. I would also love it if he himself wakes me up, but that is not possible at all.

u know think of the person whom you hate a lot and dont want to see and hear him. And feel that he is approaching. you will defenitly get and i am sure your sleep gets sleep ha ha ha ha.......... well i too hate to wake up early mornings but i remember my crook boss and................ try it, i think it works out but day should star with a pleasent happy mood but this will spoil our day..... alllaaassss it is happening to me, daily my boss is making me to get up
