What does Christmas mean to you?

For me, it means getting together with my family, sharing memories of years past. It's not all about presents and receiving or even giving. It's about spending quality time together. I love my family, and I know that my mom won't be around for many more holiday sessions like this. I want to make these get-togethers memorable. What does Christmas mean to you, or just the holidays in general, since not everyone celebrates Christmas. What do you do to celebrate at this time of year? Happy holidays to all.

This is a special xmas for us, I have been deployed for the last three. it mean so much to us, this is the only time of the year we have family come together and share storie throughout the year and just spending quality time with family and friends.

I understand. The time you have together never seems long enough, but that makes the time even more special to you. Afterall, you do have a year's worth of catching up to do. I hope you make it home for good soon enough. Have a good time with your family, and remember to make the most out of the time you have. Make it last until next year.

Christmas is not a happy time for me any more, my family have all gone and it id just a time of memories, sometimes it is very hard for me to get through.

Sorry to hear that. As long as you think about the good memories, that sometimes helps to get through it. But, maybe you should think about creating new memories and finding ways to make it happy again. I know it would be hard, but it's worth a try. Better to be happy than sad. Good luck with the holidays, and always know that there are people around to talk to should you need them. You're never alone, just lonely.

Christmas brings back a wave of good memories of growing up and reminds me of how lucky I am. The traditions are what make the holidays meaningful I think, and looking back at the memories of past holidays can be fun

christmas is nothing to me. i do not celebrate christmas. i am muslim.. i'm celebrating aidilfitri and aidiladha
