More investment in education

CHINA will increase its investment in education to 4 percent of its annual gross domestic product by 2010, said Education Minister Zhou Ji said at a news conference yesterday.
He also said China will try to include all of its population in the nine-year compulsory education system by 2010, the end of the 11th Five-Year Plan.
