Is that a gardening gift basket? Sure! My mother loves gardening and planting things. She doesn't exactly have a green thumb but to enjoys thrying. LOL So, that would be something I would give to my mother. But it is also something that I would like to receive too. :)

Yes I have and would again give something like that. Only one difference I do not have the money to spend at a store like that so when I did give a gift like that I had "made it" myself.

Yes, especially if you fill the basket yourself. It would be much cheaper that way, and you could customize each basket according to the person's interests, which makes it more personal. I think it's a great idea.
