My bro is currently in UK and his card was stolen by someone Until he reported and found out that all the money has been withdrawn The bank said that the money will be refunded ALl is pretty ok now, but then he got a call from the fraud department saying that the police will pay him a visit and show him the footage of the ATM where the guy/gal took the money from He has to identify him/her I called him up saying that dont identify him The reason being, that he is alone in there and someone might make a grudge for identifying him! I told him but he said that he will be just and punish him it is easy to say but the consequences can be dangerous Am pretty scared please help me as to what shall i suggest him to do

Let your brother handle this situation like the police would like him to. I can understand your concern but justice needs to prevail no matter what the consequences.

I think he should just identify him and justice should be served, don't tell him to go into hiding or anything like that.

You brother have the right to do that. Don't worry, this is for justice. If everyone just let the theft go, the stolen case will be increase, because nobody report it. So just let your brother do it. He know what he doing :)
