Do you allow your children to watch? I dont like the teletubbies they dont teach children anything except to think baby talking is acceptable and that children live in the sun. only my opinion but would love to hear other opinions as well.

What do you mean children don't live on the sun? There are better programs out there, but I see it doing little harm.

No my son is not allowed to watch teletubbies, like you said it is stupid...I also will not allow him to watch Mr. rogers as it drives me insane and my boyfriend forbids him to watch Barney. He claims it doesn't teach him anything either. My son does however enjoy, Seseame street, Caiou, Lazy Town, curious George and doodlebops Along with many other cartoons and shows...

I don't like them, I agree with you, they don't teach them anything and are not good for them.

Someone gave us a Teletubbies tape when my kids were little, and I allowed them to watch it in moderation. I didn't like the baby-talk and wasn't keen on how objects would move around defying the laws of physics.

When I was not so small. I watched teletubbies. I dont know why... I just did... Damn its friggen hypnotizing. Even now if it were on TV I would be glued to the screen. Teletubbies can be scary, you know.
