i myself am intrigued by some aspects like angels, spirit guides, gemstone therapy etc... anyone else?

I have always been drawn to that kind of thing. Before I do anything every morning I will do my tarot spread. I will ask what today is going to bring. That way I have a little heads up before I start my day. It's like I already know what my day is going to be like.
