This thread will be for readers to read and post useful Articles that will benefits our brain and thinking: How To Raise Level Of Motivation By Sharon White Every individual possesses different personality traits, skills, and competencies. The process of motivation therefore needs to identify the preferences of each person towards accomplishment of tasks. There would already be some level of motivation existing in a person. The same has to be scrutinized as well before making an endeavor to activate other motivators. There would be people who may show repulsion to negative motivators like fear or even intimidation. The process has to be customized to suit each and every individual. The process of activating intrinsic motives is complicated. To activate the autonomous system, most significant approach is the task reconfiguration. After having identified an individual’s innate motives, the task can be redesigned to trail the intrinsic motives of that person. In general, a common person would prefer autonomy, task significance, feedback, task identity, and skill variety as attributes of the tasks that are assigned to him/her. The work redesign provides a strategy for enhancing internal work motivation. The degree of autonomy would provide an opportunity to attribute outcomes, competencies and values in terms of the self concept. There are various other specific actions that can trigger motivation in a business environment. Creating and maintaining the element of curiosity, providing a variety of activities and sensory stimulations arouse more interest and commitment from the employees. Positive motivators include providing clear expectations, giving feedback, and giving meaningful rewards. Motivation is the driving force behind all actions and must therefore be understood comprehensively to exploit its benefits. In the business world, workforce motivation means making the employees to exert a high degree of effort and to keep doing that consistently.

Thanks a lot for such a nice and important discussion. i think we cant improve ourselves by reading such motivational books. We can improve ourselves by experiences we faced every day. By books we get addict of that and without such a books we can't get ideas and our brain will get limitations of thinking. thats why i don't suggest such books. you take care and have a nice day. Happy christmas.
