Roast Beef Recipe Please

My teacher's favorite food is roast beef, so I told him I'd find him a nice recipe he can make for him and his wife.
Got any ideas?

just roast in an open oven for 20 minits per pound at gas 6 then seve with vegitables and horse raddish sauce nothing else needs be done just remember to cut thick slices its the best
