Apartment or a house?

I would buy a house because in house you can live freely and comfortably than appartments

I wasted my money paying rent for an apartment for many years before I bought my house. I would say that you should buy a house right away, if you can afford it. A house is your own; you can decorate and paint it however you want, you can do what you like in the yards, and you get tax deductions (at least in the U.S. we do). With a house you get much more privacy. You don't have to put up with loud music or televisions from above or below, you don't run into nosy neighbors in the hallways, no one can eavesdrop on you through the walls... The only downside to owning the property is that you have to take care of the yard work and snow removal yourself (or pay someone to do it), and you can't call the landlord to fix something if it breaks. Some things can get pretty expensive to replace or maintain, such as a new roof or a furnace. You just have to learn to budget to allow for emergencies.

I would want a house. An apartment you are basically throwing your money away with rent and you can't do what you want with the place like painting etc... A house is actually yours and you can get a tax break with it and remodel it etc...
