Have you heard of those who arrange marriage through the mail?

What do you think of the scheme that permits men to find their brides in other countries. They pay a sum to some person who then hooks them up several people of the area that seem to match the man's requirements and then one is selected.
Is the bride ever asked what her opinion is on this? Who can comment on this?+

I have not heard of this type of marriage arrangement. I would never do such a thing as I would prefer the old fashion way of going out and meeting someone and spending time with them and get married the right way and the way we are accustomed to doing. I wouldn't trust a mail arrangement or even internet arrangement.

I agree with you..but how many even do the dating thing very long? Use to be people went "steady" ..but now ?No?

Yes. I have heard that. I you would have the time to research then you could search for "Moonies" I'm not sure if it's a religion but I'm pretty sure it originated from Korea founded by A certain person whose name is "Moon". They do the matching based on each person's portrait then after that they will have mass wedding but before that, couples won't even know who their partners would be so everything ends up in surprise.....
