Well, that depends on how skilled the shooter is. If he's good it will hit the target, if not, he's sure to miss it. Here, luck plays a role too but can't calculate the probabiliy. Be sure not to shoot straight up in an ideal condition where there's no air flow...

when we fire a bullet in air,after travelling some distance vertically upwards coz of gravity the bullet gets attracted towards earth and traverses parabolic path and falls on the earth again.
