fast food and homely food???????which one would u go for in the long run

fast food or take aways hav developed to b a decisive factor in todays youth as far as thier health is concerned. it can provide u temporary satisfaction ,but ib the long run himely food will regain its riegn.whats ur opinion????

I will always go for home made foods over fast foods. I like knowing how and when my food is cooked.

I agree. I've noticed recently that more and more fast food outlets are making vegetables and wholewheat buns available though.

I think fast food is alright on occasion. But I would much rather have a home cooked meal.

100% Homely food! I can 'personalize' it (the portion, what I want to add, how healthy it is, etc)
