Is Network Marketing a legal business ?

Let the people know, if some one want to start what he should check ? companies involved in this business? Name of legal and most ethical company ? How to find out a good one ? The name of governing body, where to contect ?

My observation is that there are a small percentage that are legit and a whole lot of others that are scams, and it can be very hard (for me anyway) to tell the difference.

Yes. The companies approved by WFDSA(world federation of direct selling Association) is legal. In India It has to be approved by IDSA(Indian Direct Selling Association) is legal. Remaining all are money circulation schemes. These can be classified as UNILEVEL, binary, Trinary, Matrix etc.

Agreed, MLM, network marketing were legal company and of course there's lot operate without any propers and legal papers in hand.

adopt it, but those who join should be cautious.
