What is your prefered bird/birds?

i like parrots very much. We have a lot of parrots here and we feed them.

I like a Blue Jay. or a Cardinal. I like the color of them they are so pretty.

My favorite bird is the state bird of Kansas. The meadowlark. I love to drive around country roads in the summer with the car windows down and hear their singing.

My favorite bird is a parror because I like its voice and it looks very beautiful in the open sky.

The type of birds I like the best are probably the ones who learn to talk. I would love to have a talking bird. I think it would be cool to be able to say something and have them repeat it.

I like all birds. I always have a bird feeder hung out for the wild birds outside. Inside, we have a little parakeet that always sounds so cheerful when she chirps and sings.

I love peacocks - they are also the national bird of my country. They are just so beautiful with their feathers spread out. During the monsoons you can actually see them dancing - thats how they attract mates i think.

i own several large birds. i love macaws with their silly antics and funny personalities. we have a greenwing and 3 blue and golds. but, i've gotta tell you, cockatoos are just the absolute best! i have 7 in all... 4 umbrella, 1 mollucan, 1 goffins, and 1 bare-eyed. these birds are so affectionate and cuddly. i spend so much time with all of them, but when it comes down to cuddling up to watch tv or read the cockatoos are the ones that most want to do that. they are also hilariously funny with the things they say and do.

I love parrots and I used to have one I found on the street and it was blind. But I also admire a lot of birds that are not suitable for company, eagles, falcons, flamignos, Hirundio rustica (sorry, I don't know the english common name), etc. But my favourite of all this is the penguin, I love watching them in the documentaries.

I like the eagle. Resembles power, yet vulnerability because they're rare. An alpha amongst animals of flight and yet and yet prefers to live in solitude. It also has behavioral patterns which are the same as people.

Just love swans as they are so graceful both in the air and on the water.. They are very intelligent birds too. Love to go down to the local river or canal to feed them when I can too! Its funny cos I have been going down there so often, they seem to now come to me as though they know whats in the backpack of mine lol Lynn-Marie

I love all birds. But I must say that my favorite is the American Bald Eagle. It is so strong and grand looking.

I feed the cutest little brown and white birds that refuse to eat from the feeder. They like the ground. I think they are sparrows or swallows. They live in the bush by my window. They are my favorites.

I'm not really what you would call a bird lover. However, I remember when I was in Mexico I used to go to a garden restaurant in Cuernavaca where there were peacocks running loose in the garden. They were beautiful with their glorious colored feathers...especially the males when they spread them out. They strutted around with such pomp and circumstance they quite mesmerized me while sitting there waiting to go into the restaurant. They seemed unperturbed by the presence of humans.
