aquify.simplify.modify. apple pcs work on the motorola processor.like windows work on intel. their operating system is mac os..latest is mac os x leopard and tiger. look wise they beat windows hands down but remember windows is the most widely used os. though apple pc's r expensive..but they give a whole new xperience. which is better?it depends on what you wanna do with ur pc...

The old ones are not Windows based so this makes them pretty much immune to viruses as all the viruses have been written for Windows, They were initially designed for their Graphics capabilities and were faster and more reliable than most of their Windows competitors. The new Apples now have dual processors and can run the Apple OS software as well as Windows based programs, they are more expensive, but in the long run worth the money. You will never go back to any other computer once you've had a bite of the Apple.

This is a very good topic but to tell the truth i cant help you a lot. I only know that they use macintosh instead of windows but as i have heard the new apple pc's are able to use both of them. If somebody else knows more thing or better he has an apple pc it would be very kind of him to inform us.

they run smoother than windows, don't get the viruses windows does, they don't freeze up on you. And their easier to run than windows, and yes they are expensive, but they are worth the money.
