Is America going down?

I am not an American but judging from the state of the this country, I am afriad it will soon lose its super power status. Gone is the United States strong fiscal performance. Today we see the jobs in the USA shrinking in number (due to outsourcing), we see the US failing in a number of international missions such as Iraq, defense is not as strong as it used to be, and look at how they coped with katrina (some reports even pointed out that third world countries fared better than the US in terms of handling hurricanes). So how about you, do you think the US would become a second rate super power in the near future?

Just let them. They are just the same human beings as ourselves. Even if they be no longer a super power and they'd go down, that's just an ordinary circumstance to happen. They're up because people see them to be there up high but they are just like us.
