the monthly fee with no access limitation is RMB:120. The bandwidth ia 512K. But access to the international site is always slow. The provider is China Netcom.

At least 2~3 hours for the business day. and 4~5 hours in weekend if available!

I pay a monthly fee for a cable connection. I can use it for as many hours I wish. I pay the same amount each month for this connection. It is a little higher because it is a high speed connection, but I LOVE it and will always want this now that I have used it.

The internet fee is set up to where you pay for it by the month here.
