I dont think there is a right way to jog... as long as you dont get injured. so, i would say that jog using ur feet, not your hands. kiddin! just enjoy walking, breeze walking and a bit of jogging. i am sure you will get the groove... and dont forget to take in clean air.

Breathing: Keep your breathing comfortable, lips pursed but relaxed. Mouth-breathing is ok as long as you keep the bugs out ;) Running per se: if your head/upper body isn't bouncing up and down too much, you're probably doing it right. Bouncing puts excess strain on your ankles and knees. Shoes: get a running shoe store (not a sporting goods place or department store) to recommend a good shoe for your particular needs and running style. Feet: a comfortable step forward, landing lightly on the heel, and rolling forward to the toes as you push off. It should feel faster than a walk, but not a full-blown trot. Hands: near the hips. Too high, and you'll tense your upper back. Mental: concentrate on smoothly flowing everything forward. This helps pull everything together into good, safe form. If you're not in pain but still being challenged, you're doing fine.

Good for you!! Honestly, there is no right way of jogging. Just jog then vary your speed depending when you are comfortable. I you like inhaling and exhaling then do that. Hopefully the air is not that polluted.
