oh, i sure need to drink a lot more cause i can't keep up with the required 8 glasses of water a day... i just dont like the taste of plain water

I drink about 10. I'm always drinking water, all day long. I'm not a soda drinker, just water and coffee.

i drink near bout 10 to 15 glasses of water every day.
but better way is 2 go 4r juices after any strenuous job.
i really a better option.

I don't drink near enough as I'm supposed to. For some reason I just forget to drink water. I think once new year's rolls around that's going to be my resolution: drink more water.

i try as much as possible to take 8 sachets of packaged water 50cl each everyday.i guess it enough to satisfy my thirst and also revive my body

I drink alot of water probably about 2 gallons. I live in florida so it gets pretty humid. Without water I would dehydrate.
